Their latest album, Conversation, has just been released in 2026. Remarkably, their albums have been streamed more than 25 million times on Spotify.   <\/h3>\n\n<p>Jan Harbeck is today one of Denmark\u2019s most in-demand saxophonists, with several awards to his name, including Jazz Album of the Year and the prestigious Ben Webster Prize. He performs with a wide range of orchestras, including Niels J\u00f8rgen Steen&#8217;s Monday Night Big Band, Tivoli Big Band, and Copenhagen Jazz Orchestra.   <\/p>\n\n<p><br\/>Bassist Eske N\u00f8rrelykke is one of the most distinctive voices on his instrument in Denmark. He has a unique and minimalist playing style that strongly shapes the overall sound of the trio. <\/p>\n\n<p>Drummer Espen Laub von Lillienskjold combines raw swing and groove with finesse and subtlety. His playing is always nuanced and tailored to the overall sound, and his virtuoso drumming is in a class of its own.<br\/><br\/>  <\/p>\n\n<p>Music editor Thomas Michelsen gave five hearts in Politiken to a concert with Jan Harbeck at the Copenhagen Jazz Festival: \u201cBandleader Harbeck himself demonstrated that there is simply no one who can infuse a jazz ballad with soul like he can,\u201d and earlier in the same newspaper one could read that\u2026 <em>\u201cthe tenor saxophone is the very sound of jazz. The soul of the genre. Once we had Ben Webster in Copenhagen to bring that soul to life.
