Together with Copenhagen Cooking, Troldgaarden, and Arla Unika, we\u2019ll serve tapas of the highest quality. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/arlaunika.dk\/\" type=\"link\" id=\"https:\/\/arlaunika.dk\/\">Arla Unika <\/a>creates dairy products developed in collaboration with passionate dairy artisans, innovative product developers and skilled chefs. Through this collaboration, they find the inspiration and expertise to develop innovative taste experiences of the highest gastronomic standard. Arla Unika supplies many of the country\u2019s finest restaurants.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Troldgaarden\u2019s organic charcuterie is made from high-quality meat from their own farm, with a focus on animal welfare and sustainability. <a href=\"https:\/\/troldgaarden.dk\">Troldgaarden<\/a> is a family-run farm in Central Jutland, where craftsmanship and animal welfare go hand in hand. The farm produces, among other things, Black-and-White pigs for and in collaboration with several of Denmark\u2019s top restaurants and their chefs. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">____________________<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The communal dinner featuring charcuterie and cheese is part of the \u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/www.copenhagencooking.dk\/en-bid-af-stjernerne\/en-bid-af-stjernerne\/\">A Taste of the Stars<\/a>\u201d concept, created by the Copenhagen Cooking food festival. It is a series of gastronomic events that highlights haute cuisine and gives Danes the chance to enjoy \u201cA Taste of the Stars\u201d.
