It is not possible to move tickets to another date. <\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If Nordhus cancels an event, the ticket price will be refunded to the buyer. It may take up to a week before the money is paid out. <\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If you experience technical issues with ticket sales, you can email<u>:\u202f<\/u><a href=\"mailto:hej@nordhus.dk\">hej@nordhus.dk<\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Reimbursement<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If a refund has been agreed, please send your full name and bank details to <a href=\"mailto:Hej@Norhdus.dk\">hej@nordhus.dk<\/a> and we will transfer the agreed amount. It may take up to a week before the money is in your account. <\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>FORCE MAJEURE <\/strong><br \/>\nIn extraordinary circumstances beyond the control of the parties, the agreement may be terminated in whole or in part without Nordhus being obliged to pay compensation.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>COMPLAINT PROCEDURES<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If you want to complain, you can write to<a href=\"mailto:hej@nordhus.dk\">hej@nordhus.dk<\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Guest Apartments<\/strong><br \/>\nYou can cancel for free up to 1 day before arrival, no later than 12:00 PM. If you cancel within 1 day before the arrival date, you will be charged for the first night.
