As a Culture Creator, you will receive:

  • Knowledge, guidance, and a network in the cultural industry

As a Culture Creator, you will:

  • Work 30 hours per week and receive a salary
  • Be part of Nordhus for 12 months
  • Join a strong community with 30 other passionate individuals
  • Develop and test your own projects
  • Choose between Music & Events or Gastronomy & Hospitality within operations
  • Build and grow a network, while developing both personally and professionally

HOW IS THE PROGRAM STRUCTURED?

As a Culture Creator, you will gain extensive experience over 12 months. In a typical week, you might participate in workshops, develop ideas, work in the kitchen, welcome guests, set up for concerts, and manage social media.

Here is what you will also gain:

Knowledge: Through our cultural entrepreneurship program, you will gain practical tools from experienced cultural professionals.
Practice: You will be involved in the daily operations in Nordhus, creating cultural experiences from concept to reality.
Mentorship: You will receive guidance from the Nordhus team, fellow Culture Creators, and external cultural experts who know what it takes to succeed in the cultural sector.
Networking: You will have the opportunity to expand your network and, together with others, inspire and support each other to succeed both individually and collectively.
Development: You will have the chance to develop professionally, personally, and in relation to others.
