Nicklas Jensen is a guitarist and composer currently based in Aarhus. This Album presents familiar songs searching for different places or meanings—the music has a contemporary jazz sound, focusing on exploration and expressive language.

Hans Kristian Knold // drums

The Three Body Problem explores the sound of a near future. Rooted in the trio’s love of imagination and discovery, they compose music inspired by the physical world, literature, cinema, and the inner universe. With a cinematic foundation, their sound is at once grand, minimalist, powerless, and devoted.
The blend of futuristic, designed synthesizer sounds with the tactile melodic lines of the horns symbolizes the ever-present contrast between the new and the old, the cultural and the natural. The universe is changing, even though the universe remains constant—and it is within this paradox that The Three Body Problem builds its sonic world.
With their first three singles, the band has been in rotation on P8 Jazz and has performed at events such as Spot Festival 2024.

Jon Askjær // Trumpet
Lasse Damsgaard Andersen // Saxophone
Martine Bak Toldam // Synthesizer
