Communal dinner and performance review with Alexander Engel

Where do you see yourself in 10 years? What achievement in your career are you most proud of? What are your goals? These are the questions when we invite Alexander Engel to the performance review at NORDHUS.

Join us as we take the performance review out of the office and onto the stage. We’ll ask the familiar performance review questions in a new and informal way, allowing the conversation to unfold with a mix of humor, reflection, and life insights. The performance review turns the classic roles upside down. From a young perspective, we sit in the bosses' chairs and meet the guest at eye level for a conversation about the person behind the career. You might know the performance review as something that just has to be gotten through, but that's not the case at NORDHUS!

The good atmosphere is set right from the communal dinner before the performance review. Here, Alexander Engel has chosen the evening’s menu and a vinyl album to fill the room with the sound of his favorite music.

Alexander Engel is a cultural entrepreneur with over 15 years of experience in the cultural sector, civil society, and the entertainment industry. He has made his mark as a company founder, association chairperson, project manager, course coordinator, and coach – often serving as a bridge-builder between worlds that rarely meet.

Alexander has taught and inspired thousands of people – from young individuals in educational institutions and youth communities to employees and leaders in the corporate world. With an authentic and creative approach to diversity, talent development, and community building, he works to create meaningful change – from the bottom up and from the inside out.

Look forward to meeting the man himself for dinner and the performance review at NORDHUS.
