WILDR
The Copenhagen quintet, WILDR, embarks on a quest for life's vitality through tenderness, high energy, and raw desperation, drawing inspiration from a wide range of genres—from hardcore to dream pop. WILDR’s manifesto is an emotionally charged and electrifying love storm, carrying the message that love can be found in the midst of mosh pits.
WILDR was formed in early 2023 by Anders Hvass and Mathias Smidt, driven by a desire to create meaning and human connection. Despite only a handful of shows under their belt, WILDR has already gained a reputation for delivering an intensely captivating and fiercely immersive live experience.
Thomas Balslev from Heartbeats put it this way on May 8, 2023, in connection with WILDR’s debut concert: "We're talking noise rock delivered like a roundhouse kick to the face. Is there anything more wonderful?"
Ondskyld
Ondskyld is a vibrant seven-piece rock band from Copenhagen. Their music sits somewhere between DIY punk and grand, emotionally charged pop-rock ballads in Danish. From punk, they embrace a deep love for high energy and the art of doing things wrong.
With hectic, intricate, poetic, hyper-concrete, soul- and sorrow-filled songs, Ondskyld apologizes for their inadequacy—though there’s absolutely nothing to apologize for. Life’s grand emotions and the dull details of everyday existence are blended into a rough-edged rock smoothie of despair, humor, and optimism.
The band debuted with a handful of gut-punching rock bangers, live-tracked on cassette tape, capturing the essence of a truly lonely heartbreak summer on their break-up EP Hjertesorg Sommerrock 2024. Over the past couple of years, they have made their mark on the scene with explosive live shows, significant airplay for their singles Kundeservice and Føle Ssomom, and two interviews on DEBUT on P6 BEAT.
Ondskyld is set to release their debut album 'Fuld Affekt' in the fall of 2025.
