David’s passion for spices began as a child in his grandmother’s outdoor kitchen in Colombo, Sri Lanka – where the aroma of roasted spices and open fire sparked a lifelong love for Sri Lankan cuisine.

This Sunday, David de Silva will serve an authentic Sri Lankan buffet inspired by his culinary roots and upbringing.
