Founder of Nordhus Fonden, many years of experience in real estate investments and urban development. Founder and board member of NREP, Founder of home.earth and board member of JunkFood.

 
Felicia Nørgaard. Founder and CEO

Founder of Nordhus, with background and experience in communication, HR and leadership development from e.g. Nordea and as an independent HR consultant. In addition, Felicia is a certified coach.

 
Steen Sønderby. Board member

Extensive experience as an accountant, advisor and financial manager, where he has worked with accounting, reporting, tax, VAT, financing, and handling governance around start-ups.
Sissel Pedro Hansen. Board member

Kaospilot has extensive experience in entrepreneurship both in Denmark and abroad and is the founder of Startup Guide, co-founder of Impact The Future, Kaospilot+ Berlin and Future Club. Sissel is also a board and panel member at e.g. Danish Tech Startups and the government’s green entrepreneurship panel.

 
Lærke Hein. Board member

Lærke has extensive experience as an entrepreneur, urban developer and cultural entrepreneur. Lærke founded Karrierebar and has been working chairman of the board of Distortion. Most recently, Lærke has been Co-CEO of Tunnelfabrikken. In addition, Lærke is a board member of Fonden Roskilde Festival, F onden Fristaden Christiania and Fonden De Åbne Rum and mmember of Realdania’s RepBoard of Representatives.
