Gift cards issued after 17 December 2025 can only be used for online purchases of events and long-table dinners and cannot be used for payment at the bar or for other in-person purchases.
Gift cards are valid for 3 years from the date of issue.
Note: If you have a gift card issued before 17 December 2025, it cannot be used directly for online payment as we have changed systems. Your gift card remains valid until its expiry date. You can either contact hej@nordhus.dk and we will help you redeem it, or continue to use the gift card in person.
