Rental Information

  • Minimum stay: 30 days
  • Maximum stay: 1 year
  • Rent: DKK 19,500 / month
  • Includes: Wi-Fi, utilities, linen, and weekly cleaning
  • Payment: 1 month’s rent paid in advance
  • Move-in: Any day of the week
  • Booking deadline: At least 1 day before move-in
  • Notice period: 14 days
  • Nordhus is located just steps from Nordhavn Metro Station.

This cosy studio apartment is ideal for solo travellers – whether you’re in town for business or simply looking for a functional and stylish place to stay.

With an open-plan layout combining kitchen, living, and sleeping areas, the apartment offers a bright and spacious atmosphere where you can relax and feel at home.

The comfortable 120 cm bed ensures a restful night’s sleep, and the modern kitchen allows you to prepare your own meals with ease. Step out onto the French balcony to enjoy fresh air and a bit of the view.
