Nordhus sells tickets for events through own website.

Tickets are sent via email after payment and can then be printed or displayed on your phone upon arrival.

Payment

Nordhus accepts online payments with; Dankort, Visa/Dankort, Visa, Mobile Pay Online and Mastercard.

Please note that credit card fees may apply when paying with certain credit cards.

Nordhus uses a secure payment server.

Right of withdrawal and cancellation

There is no right of withdrawal on tickets and we do not refund purchased tickets. It is not possible to move tickets to another date.

If Nordhus cancels an event, the ticket price will be refunded to the buyer. It may take up to a week before the money is paid out.

Reimbursement

If a refund has been agreed, please send your full name and bank details to hej@nordhus.dk and we will transfer the agreed amount. It may take up to a week before the money is in your account.

FORCE MAJEURE
In extraordinary circumstances beyond the control of the parties, the agreement may be terminated in whole or in part without Nordhus being obliged to pay compensation.

COMPLAINT PROCEDURES

Guest Apartments
You can cancel for free up to 1 day before arrival, no later than 12:00 PM. If you cancel within 1 day before the arrival date, you will be charged for the first night. If you do not show up, the no-show fee will be the same as the cancellation fee
