COMMUNAL DINING

We may have few shared languages in the world, but food is one of them—and it is something we use to connect and grow together. Something special happens when we share a meal. This is why gathering around food holds a special place in NORDHUS.

We eat together at our communal dining every Thursday, Friday, and Saturday from 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM. Please arrive early, so we’re ready when the chefs present and serve the meal.

At NORDHUS, our food is full of vegetables, colorful, and inspired by cuisines from around the world. We serve it family style, with the menu changing daily, so you can visit multiple times in a row. We focus on seasonal ingredients and occasionally include a touch of meat or fish. Look forward to discovering this week’s menu here.

Our long communal tables encourage conversation, and we love when guests share a meal with their neighbors, whether they know them or not.

1% OF YOUR BILL GOES TO FOODPRINT NORDIC

We are members of Foodprint Nordic, an organization dedicated to creating a sustainable food system based on healthy, living soil. Together, we support regenerative agriculture and the cultivation of nutrient-rich foods. In NORDHUS, we share this vision because we believe that we can and should play a role in building a regenerative food landscape and a greener future.

As a new food destination, we aim to be a platform that spreads awareness of regenerative farming. That’s why we invite our guests to join us on this journey. This also means that we add 1% to your bill. This 1% goes directly to Foodprint Nordic’s ‘Restore Fund,’ which supports local regenerative farming projects. You can read more about these projects below.
