A taste of the stars at NORDHUS
On 4 June, we’ll be filling the long tables in Nordhavn with caviar. Together with Copenhagen Cooking and one of the world’s leading caviar producers, Rossini, we’re dedicating an entire evening to this exclusive and iconic ingredient. Michelin-starred chef Kamilla Seidler is in charge of the menu and will be reinterpreting this salty delicacy with her distinctive take on gastronomy.

For just 495 DKK, you get a two-course menu featuring a generous 20 grams of caviar from Rossini.
The first 15 guests to secure a ticket will be invited to a masterclass with Rossini Caviar before dinner. Here, guests will sample three different varieties of caviar, whilst Rossini shares his expertise on flavour profiles and textures. The experience will, of course, be accompanied by a glass of champagne.
The Copenhagen Cooking food festival is behind the ‘A Taste of the Stars’ initiative, which celebrates top-class Danish cuisine all year round. This series of gastronomic events invites Copenhageners to a long table and is organised in collaborationwith the City of Copenhagen, Wonderful Copenhagen, Visit Denmark and the Food Organisation of Denmark.
Ticket sales begin on Tuesday 21 April at 10.00 am.
