At NORDHUS, we strive to create an accessible experience for all guests. This is reflected in our physical spaces, which you can learn more about here. We look forward to welcoming you to Nordhavn’s cultural hub.

Wheelchair users and support persons

If you have a mobility impairment and need to bring a companion, please contact us at hej@nordhus.dk. Please remember to present a valid companion card.

  • If the event requires a free ticket, simply reserve two tickets – one for yourself and one for your companion.
  • For paid events, you can receive a free ticket for your support person.

 

Seated and standing events

If you have specific needs or require seating during one of our standing events, please contact NORDHUS at hej@nordhus.dk.

If you are attending a seated event at NORDHUS and need an accessible seat or a wheelchair space, please contact us at the same email address.

 

Physical spaces

NORDHUS is fully step-free, with level access to the cultural hub, cloakroom, and toilets. Access to the upper floors, including our balcony and Food Lab, is available via elevator. Please ask our bar staff for assistance.

Parking and public transport

We do not have dedicated accessible parking spaces directly outside NORDHUS, but drop-off and pick-up are possible just a few metres from the main entrance. The nearest long-term parking facilities are Lüders Parking House and Kronløbsøen Parking Garage. Street parking is also available in both Nordhavn and Østerbro. Please be aware of the parking regulations in the area.

NORDHUS is also easily accessible by public transport. Both Nordhavn Metro Station and the S-train station have elevators available for easy access.
