MONDAY
Creamy Polenta with zucchini, fennel, baked tomato and Vesterhavs cheese. Served with parsley dip and sourdough bread.

TUESDAY
Vegetarian “Brændende Kærlighed” with sautéed onions, roasted parsley root and apples. Served with pickled vegetables and sourdough bread.

WEDNESDAY
Fish ’n’ Chips with fried potatoes, tartar sauce, green salad, and our sourdough bread.

THURSDAY
Spinach Frittata with red mojo, roasted pointed cabbage with goma dressing and toasted sesame seeds. Served with our sourdough bread.

FRIDAY
Pasta with zucchini, peas, tangy cream, and Parmesan. Bitter greens with salsa verde and served with our sourdough bread.
