A taste of the stars at NORDHUS
On 4 June, we’ll be filling the long tables in Nordhavn with caviar. Together with Copenhagen Cooking and one of the world’s leading caviar producers, Rossini, we’re dedicating an entire evening to this exclusive and iconic ingredient. Michelin-starred chef Kamilla Seidler is in charge of the menu and will be reinterpreting this salty delicacy with her distinctive take on gastronomy.

For just 495 DKK, you get a two-course meal and a petit four containing a total of 20 grams of caviar from Rossini.
The Copenhagen Cooking food festival, which celebrates the sense of community around food and Copenhagen’s diverse culinary scene, is also behind the ‘A Taste of the Stars’ initiative, which showcases Danish culinary excellence all year round.
The gastronomic programme invites Copenhageners to a high table and is organised in collaboration with the City of Copenhagen, Wonderful Copenhagen, Visit Denmark and the Food Organisation of Denmark.
The first 15 guests who secure a ticket will gain access to a masterclass with Rossini Caviar before dinner. Here, participants will taste three different caviar varieties while Rossini educates guests about flavour profiles and textures. The experience is accompanied by a glass of champagne. NB. This part of the evening is sold out.
Ticket sales begin on Tuesday 21 April at 10.00 am.
It will be possible to order champagne and frizzante to accompany your dinner.
