David’s passion for spices began as a child in his grandmother’s outdoor kitchen in Colombo, Sri Lanka – where the aroma of roasted spices and open fire sparked a lifelong love for Sri Lankan cuisine.
David de Silva will serve an authentic Sri Lankan buffet featuring eleven different dishes inspired by his culinary roots and upbringing. The buffet costs 195 DKK, and you can add chicken and/or homemade lime lemonade for an additional 50 DKK.
