A taste of the stars at NORDHUS
On 8 October, we’ll be laying out the long tables with charcuterie and cheese at NORDHUS. Together with Copenhagen Cooking, Troldgården and Arla Unika, you’ll be treated to top-quality tapas.
Arla Unika creates dairy products developed in collaboration with passionate dairy artisans, innovative product developers and skilled chefs. Through this collaboration, they find the inspiration and expertise to develop innovative taste experiences of the highest gastronomic standard. Arla Unika supplies many of the country’s finest restaurants.
Troldgården’s organic charcuterie is made from high-quality meat sourced from our own farm, with a focus on animal welfare and sustainability. Troldgården is a family-run farm in Central Jutland, where fine craftsmanship and animal welfare are inextricably linked. Among other things, the farm produces black-and-white pigs for – and in collaboration with – several top Danish restaurants and their chefs.

The communal dinner featuring charcuterie and cheese is part of the “A Taste of the Stars” concept, created by the Copenhagen Cooking food festival. It is a series of gastronomic events that highlights haute cuisine and gives Danes the chance to enjoy “A Taste of the Stars”. All because one or more of the partners at the dinner are suppliers to the stars – restaurants associated with the MICHELIN Guide.
Enjoy a superb tapas menu featuring cheese from Arla Unika and charcuterie from Troldgården for DKK 349. All-you-can-eat sourdough bread and dips from NORDHUS.
The first 15 guests to secure a ticket will be invited to a masterclass with Arla Unika and Troldgården before dinner. Here, guests will enjoy a very special tasting of the brand’s many top-quality products.
Further details about the tapas menu will be announced ASAP.

The exclusive tapas table is part of the ‘A Taste of the Stars’ series, in which NORDHUS, in collaboration with Copenhagen Cooking, explores some of the world’s finest ingredients – those that usually find their way onto the plates of Michelin-starred restaurants.
The event is being held in collaboration with Wonderful Copenhagen, Visit Denmark and the Food Organisation of Denmark.
The event runs from 6 pm to 7.30 pm, but you are of course welcome to stay at NORDHUS for one of our many events, a cosy drink at the bar or a spot of sunshine in the courtyard.
