Crayfish feast with Fiskerikajen17:45 price249 DKK

Enjoy unlimited crayfish, sourdough bread and aioli for DKK 249, and add unlimited organic prosecco and still or sparkling water for DKK 225.

ALL YOU CAN EAT CRAYFISH

Freshly cooked red crayfish from Fiskerikajen, cooked in beer and served with NORDHUS’s homemade sourdough bread, aioli and lemon. Everything is served family-style and all-you-can-eat.

ALL YOU CAN DRINK PROSECCO

Add a bottle of organic prosecco to your order. These ice-cold bubbles are Bresolin’s “Asolo Prosecco Superiore Extra Brut” from Veneto in northern Italy. This crisp, dry prosecco has notes of apple and a lovely minerality, making it the perfect accompaniment to the butter-soft crayfish.

Further details about the evening will be announced ASAP.

The crayfish feast is part of the ‘A Taste of the Stars’ series, in which NORDHUS, in collaboration with Copenhagen Cooking, explores some of the world’s finest ingredients – those that usually find their way onto the plates of Michelin-starred restaurants. In the series, we also invite you to a dinner featuring caviar from Rossini, tapas with Arla Unika, gourmet hot dogs with Butcheria, and fermentation with Matt Orlando and ESSE.

The event is being held in collaboration with Wonderful Copenhagen, Visit Denmark and the Food Organisation of Denmark.

The event runs from 5.45 pm to 7.45 pm, but you’re always welcome to stay at NORDHUS for one of our many events, a cosy drink at the bar or a spot of sunshine in the courtyard.

A taste of the stars at NORDHUS

On 13 August, we’ll be filling the long tables in Nordhavn with crayfish. Together with Fiskerikajen and Copenhagen Cooking, we’ll be serving all-you-can-eat crayfish. In keeping with tradition, the crayfish feast will also include sourdough bread and aioli.

Fiskerikajen supplies sustainable fish and shellfish to the country’s finest restaurants and chefs. Under the motto ‘Respect for the Sea’, they operate on the sea’s terms, focusing on sustainable fishing, uncompromising quality and a deep passion for excellent ingredients.
